Ukpeme Akpan Okon is a lawyer, arbitrator, adjudicator, mediator, speaker, trainer, musician, Ambassador for Peace, Rotarian, and author of The Values String (a book on Transitional Life, Compelling Fulfillment, and Profound Peace). Ukpeme is the Founder, a Trustee, and the President of Guild of Adjudicators in Nigeria (GAIN).
Ukpeme has been writing from her childhood days. She recalls writing instructional notes as a child, and has written several articles.
Ukpeme is a multi-awardee and desirous of fostering peace, time consciousness, organizational excellence, team work and meritorious leadership. These are qualities she exhibited from ten years of age.
After successfully acting as a mediator in a protracted difficult situation, she was referred to as "Peace Maker." This, and other related circumstances led to her determination to help people lead peaceful, transformational, fulfilled lives.
Ukpeme takes pleasure in peacebuilding, good music, wellness, culinary art, teaching, nature, dancing, traveling, volunteering, among others.

Leadership can be challenging. Despite good intentions, many good leaders encounter setbacks. This topic will address some of the issues leaders face, and are likely to face in the course of leadership. From personal experience, I will inspire participants to overcome leadership problems and sail their leader ship effectively and efficiently.
A peaceful individual is likely to be an agent of peace in her or his family, neighborhood, workplace, community and the world. Peace is possible. This presentation will teach participants how to achieve peace, become ambassadors for peace, prevent conflicts, and resolve conflicts in peaceful ways.
