About Robin Bourdeau

Robin Bourdeau is a weight loss coach committed to building healthy, lean, fit, energetic, confident leaders. She specializes in coaching those who are just getting started on their journey. Robin has over 20 years of experience coaching gymnasts to peak performance. After leaving the gymnastics world and moving to a corporate environment, she battled her own weight and health issues. In 2007, Robin determined to change her course and successfully dropped 124 pounds. In the process, she brought many with her.

Robin shares her passion with everyone interested in and committed to living a better life and has helped countless men and women become their best selves. She has partnered with corporate wellness programs, supported a variety of weight loss challenges, and received an Inspirational Leadership Award for her ability to motivate others. She recently left the corporate world to dedicate her time to health and fitness. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Pilates Instructor.
