Katerina Arzhayev is a professional recognized for the cross-cultural and diverse mindset she brings into the workplace. A native Russian, she speaks Russian and English and is relied upon to shine a new light on old issues. Her unique talent is contextualizing strategic initiatives within social, political, and economic spheres.
In her career, she has supported two Chief Operating Officers of large international technology firms, providing operational and program leadership. Regardless of where she is, she has made it her priority to be involved in gender diversity initiatives, leading Employee Resource Networks of more than 500 individuals and offering personal and professional development to women through business and financial knowledge.
Her goal of constant self improvement manifests through learning. After earning master's degrees in Marketing and Business Administration, she turned her attention to Mandarin Chinese and Krav Maga. Katerina strongly believes that anything can be learned and makes it a priority to teach where she can.
Through her international NGO Girls Education Nation, she provides business and marketing training and education to the women and girls of South Siberia Russia. Every semester, she serves as a speech coach to the MBA students of Georgetown University, providing one-on-one training in executive communication and presentation styles.
